Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

This means:

  • No refunds for change of mind
  • No refunds for incorrect orders made by the customer
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction after use

This type of policy is commonly known as a “No Refund Policy,” where purchases are considered final unless specific exceptions apply.

 

Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Products)

We only offer full refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first request a return (if eligible), and then place a new order after approval.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
